Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason your order isn’t exactly what you hoped for, we offer flexible options to ensure you feel confident shopping with us.

Returns

Didn’t absolutely love your jewelry?
You can send it back for a refund within 30 days of your delivery date.

Start a Return

Information

  • A €8 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 weeks after we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

How To Request a Return

  1. Click on "Start Return" or contact us at andrea@kaukabjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with your return authorization and instructions for shipping.

  3. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll notify you and issue your refund.

Note

The jewelry must be in its original condition and packaging, unworn and undamaged. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or alteration.

Exchanges

Need a different size, want to change your personalization, or prefer a totally different item?


You can exchange your order for store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Start an Exchange

Information

  • Exchanges are free within 30 days of purchase.

  • Your store credit is issued as soon as your return package is shipped back to us — no waiting.

  • Store credits never expire and can be used toward any future Kaukab Jewelry purchase.

How To Start an Exchange

  1. Click on "Start an Exchange" or send us an email to andrea@kakuabjewelry.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.

  2. You’ll receive a prepaid return label and your digital store credit as soon as your return is on its way.

Repairs

We believe jewelry should last a lifetime, and we’re here to help you care for yours.

Start a Repair

Information

  • Free repairs are offered for up to 3 months from your purchase date.

  • After 3 months, repairs are still available. You’ll only pay the cost of the replacement material (for example, a new gemstone or chain piece).

  • The repair work itself is always free.

  • Shipping costs (to and from our studio) are the customer’s responsibility in all cases.

How To Request a Repair

  1. Click on "Start a Repair" or send us an email to andrea@kaukabjewelry.com with your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the damage.

  2. We’ll confirm whether it qualifies for free repair or provide a small material cost estimate.

  3. Once we receive your piece, we’ll repair it with care, usually within 1–2 weeks, and send it safely back to you.

Note

We take every repair as personally as the day we made your piece, ensuring it returns to you with the same energy, care, and love it was first crafted with.

International Returns

If you are returning an order from outside Hungary:

  • The €8 handling fee may vary slightly based on region.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes paid at delivery are non-refundable.

  • Please contact us before shipping internationally so we can guide you through the customs declaration process.

On-Sale Items

The following items are On-Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:​

  • Limited-edition or clearance items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Responsibility & Packaging

  • Please ship your return or repair item in secure, protective packaging — ideally the original box or a padded mailer.

  • Kaukab Jewelry is not responsible for damage or loss during return transit if not sent with our approved shipping method.

  • All shipping fees (returns, exchanges, and repairs) are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
