Weren't you absolutely satisfied with your piece? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund (shipping not included). Refunds are processed 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Want a different size, stone, or style? Send it back within 30 days and we’ll issue store credit (via digital gift card) you can use anytime. Your exchange is processed as soon as your package is on its way to us.
⟡Repairs
We stand by our craftsmanship. If your jewelry arrives faulty, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. For everyday wear-and-tear, we offer complimentary repairs for 6 months (and discounted repairs after that). Processing takes 1–2 weeks once we receive your piece.

Returns and exchanges aren’t available for earrings, custom/personalized pieces, or items on Sale.
⟡International Orders
International customers are welcome to return items, but please mark your package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges. Return shipping costs and any import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
